On October 3rd and 4th hobby stores will be holding a Sneak Preview for Omens and Legacies!  Are you looking for some powerful Titans to add to your deck?  Maybe your deck can use a new Action?  Even if your deck is already good at completing the missions that were in earlier sets, you’re probably looking for some new challenges to test your Seeker skills!  A Sneak Preview is a great place to get new cards before anyone else!  And with Omens and Legacies, you will be meeting an all new Evil team, the Bloodspirals!
 
How does it work?
Your entry fee into the tournament will get you six boosters for the price of four!  You will receive five booster packs of Omens and Legacies from which to build your deck, and one as a prize, just for participating!  You will also get an exclusive Sneak Preview promo card, The Puzzle of Rhode’s Clock.  This will be the feature mission that you will be trying to complete at the Sneak Preview, so take a good look at the objectives of the mission, as well as Pendulum on the back of the card.

You will use the five boosters to build a Huntik deck of 25 cards or more.  Since The Puzzle of Rhode’s Clock is the mission for this event, you wont need any of the mission and feature cards you get from your boosters until after the event.

Usually when you play Huntik you make a Good or Evil deck, but what makes the Sneak Preview so much fun is that you can use both Good and Evil cards in the same deck!  As long as your deck has 25 cards or more, you can play any heroes or actions that you get from your five booster packs. If you get a powerful Good hero and really good Evil Action, you can use both!  Remember that you can only use cards from your booster packs, so you can’t trade cards with other Huntik fans until after you’re done playing, and you can’t use any cards that you already had in your deck.

The Omens and Legacies Sneak Preview will be run in the Swiss format with no knock-out finals.  After the tournament you will receive a booster pack of Omens and Legacies free just for participating, as well an Omens and Legacies key-ring!  First and second place will receive a set themed deck box, and the winner will receive a play mat!
